Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sherz Grocery Club. Sherz Grocery Club which is an affiliate of Sherz Bigbox Ventures provides services and other products to you when you become members of the Sherz Grocery Club. By becoming a member of Sherz Grocery Club, you agree on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any service under your account, to the following conditions.

Your Subscription and Account​

​You need your Sherz club account to successfully place orders on the shop site, and you are required to be logged in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password for restricting access to your account. Sherz Grocery Club does sell products meant for children, but only to adults. 

We have an annual subscription cycle of April to March of the subsequent year for all members. If you join the club after the cycle period has started, your subscription will be prorated from the month you joined to the end of that cycle. All renewal subscriptions will be included in your order amount of the at the end of March every year. A general subscription reminder will be sent to all members on January and March of each year.

Communications

You may send us comments on the products via email. As a member, you may also request for products to be added to our inventory in the event that you will be purchasing the product regularly. The addition will be done subject to executing a contract with a registered supplier of the product.

Returns

Sherz Bigbox Ventures does not accept refunds where it has been established that the product is included in your order. However, in the event the item was delivered to you in error, it may be returned where the item and its packaging has not been destroyed.

 

Pricing

The price offered is the price offered to only members, and you cannot complete an order if you are not a member of the Sherz Grocery Club. We regularly check these prices with the suppliers, based on this we cannot confirm the price of an item until you place an order. Despite our best efforts a small number of items may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than the member price on the site, we will either contact you instructions before completing the order processing process.

Schedule Deliveries

On or before 2nd Monday of every month, the cut-off date for orders to be placed will be displayed on the website. Orders have to be placed by this date to be eligible for the free monthly scheduled deliveries. The delivery date for each location will be communicated to each member via WhatsApp. Any order placed after this date will be billed for delivery accordingly and communicated before delivery.

We generally do not enforce payment until, we are done processing the order.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Sherz Grocery Club services can be addressed to info@sherzclub.com
